While researching about Brandeis, I discovered that Brandeis University is rather propitious for students who are interested in exploring different academic disciplines. A fair amount of Brandeis courses are cross-listed across different majors, which makes it convenient for students to broaden their academic profiles.
My favorite place on campus is the weight room in Gosman Sports Center. More often than not, I find comfort in exercising, not to mention that it is also a great way to unwind after a long day of studying.
As a first-year student, I have yet to experience most of the Brandeis traditions, but my favorite so far has got to be the "Light the Night" event during orientation.
While all of the professors at Brandeis are erudite scholars and benevolent figures, my favorite Brandeis class will have to be UWS-61A taught by Professor Rachel Dale. Featuring the subject of time travel, the research projects of UWS-61A dive into the depths of metaphysics, quantum mechanics, and anthropology.
